Account & Registration

Registering an obi9 account is completely free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register at the top right corner of the OBI9 website or app. Fill in your basic details including an active Malaysian phone number, your preferred username, and a password. You will then need to verify your phone number via an OTP code that will be sent to you. Once verification is complete, your account is instantly active and ready to use.

Yes. obi9 only permits individuals who are aged 18 years and above to register and use this platform. This is a strict policy we uphold fully as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Any account found to be registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately.

No. Each individual is only permitted to own one OBI9 account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed along with any balances held within them. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Log in to your obi9 account and go to the Account Settings. There you will find the option to change your password. You will need to enter your current password before setting a new one. Make sure your new password contains at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols for better security. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" function on the login.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can make withdrawals exceeding a certain limit. You will need to submit a valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and in some cases, proof of current address. The review process is usually completed within 1 to 3 business days. KYC verification helps protect your account and ensures the security of financial transactions.

Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit at OBI9 is RM 20 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on the method you choose and your account verification level. For bank transfers, the daily limit can reach RM 50,000 or above for accounts that have completed KYC verification. obi9 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours for requests submitted during office hours. For withdrawals submitted outside office hours or on public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. Funds will be credited directly to your bank account once the process is complete. obi9 does not charge any fees for both deposits and withdrawals. All your financial transactions are processed with no deductions from OBI9. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges according to their policies — this is beyond OBI9's control and we are not responsible for such fees.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons: the bank account provided does not match the name registered on your obi9 account, the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or KYC verification is incomplete. Ensure that the recipient name on your bank account exactly matching matching the name registered on your OBI9 account. If you are certain all details are correct but the transaction is still declined, contact our support team immediately.

Bonus & Promotions

New OBI9 members are eligible to claim Welcome Bonus up to 200% on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM 100, you may receive a bonus of up to RM 200, bringing your playing balance to RM 300. This bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first deposit is successfully processed and the promotional conditions are met. Wagering requirement or rollover means you are required to wager the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) a specified number of times before the funds can be withdrawn. For example, if the rollover is 20x and you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before that bonus can be converted to cash.
