1. Member Eligibility

Obi9 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your region.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years or have reached the legal age of adulthood recognised in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. obi9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against underage gambling.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a court order restricting financial activity are not permitted to use our services.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one obi9 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and the KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be accurate, current, and truthful. obi9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Not on a Prohibited List: You must not appear on any gambling prohibition list, self-exclusion list, or be subject to any court order prohibiting participation in gambling activities.

2. Account & Registration

The obi9 account registration process is designed to be simple and fast, while maintaining strict verification standards to ensure the security of all members.

2.1 Registration Process

To register an obi9 account, you will need to provide a unique username, a strong password, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. OTP (One-Time Password) verification is required to activate your account. The entire process takes less than two minutes.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. OBI9 strongly recommends that you:

• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Immediately notify the obi9 support team if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared device.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Obi9 adheres to strict KYC procedures as part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement. The verification process is typically completed within one to three business days.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits can be made via FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM 20. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. OBI9 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes. Your first withdrawal may take longer due to additional security verification.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

• The bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the OBI9 account holder.
• Withdrawals for bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will not be processed.
• Obi9 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours.
• If your bank account details are updated, a 48-hour suspension period will apply to your first withdrawal as a security measure.
• Obi9 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank may impose its own charges.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Obi9 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Please read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.

4.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Most obi9 bonuses come with wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before the bonus balance and associated wins can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements and validity period for each promotion are explicitly stated in their respective promotional terms.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Obi9 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.

• Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus wagering period will not count toward the rollover calculation.

5. Game Rules

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, obi9 will work to restore the game to a fair state for both parties. Any bets affected by a system disruption on obi9's end will be fully refunded to your account.

5.3 Live Sports Results

For Sports Betting, official results recognised by the relevant sporting body will be applied. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant market as stated in the obi9 Sports section.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Obi9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, another person's identity, or falsified documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, or a friend's or family member's account, to claim the same bonus; using automated software or bots to manipulate the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using the obi9 platform as a channel to convert funds from illegal sources into apparently legitimate ones.
• Collusion & Game Fraud: Colluding with other players or casino dealers to manipulate game outcomes for mutual gain.
• Illegal Software Usage: Using any software, tool, or method designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the obi9 gaming system.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to access another user's account, obi9 servers, or any restricted area of the platform.
• Account Selling: Selling, transferring, or lending your obi9 account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by Member

You may close your OBI9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn all eligible funds. Accounts closed upon request may be reopened within 30 days by contacting customer support.

7.2 Closure by OBI9

Obi9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Obi9 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving your account.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• A court order or directive from the relevant authorities has been issued concerning your account.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly administrative fee of RM 5 will be applied to inactive account balances until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before inactivity charges begin.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Obi9 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are managed in accordance with OBI9 Privacy Policy which is comprehensive, forms part of this agreement, and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

8.1 Data Collected

We collect information necessary to provide our services, process transactions, comply with legal requirements, and improve the user experience. This includes registration details, transaction records, platform usage data, and device information.

8.2 Use of Data

Your data is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and, with your consent, relevant marketing communications. OBI9 never sells members' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

The obi9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and consistent service, there are certain limitations of liability you should be aware of.

9.1 Platform Availability

Obi9 guarantees 99.9% platform uptime; however, we are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as Internet service provider outages, natural disasters, government actions, or large-scale cyberattacks.

9.2 Financial Liability Limits

Obi9's maximum liability for any claim arising from the use of our platform is limited to the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower. OBI9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9.3 Gambling Risks

By using the OBI9 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you wager. OBI9 encourages all members to play responsibly and set limits in line with their financial means.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Obi9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the obi9 platform after changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the change.
